REVOLVING LOAN FUND
The Title IX Revolving Loan Fund Program is a low interest loan program available to businesses and industries within the three-county area of the Waccamaw Region. Funds for this Program have been provided by the Economic Development Administration for the purpose of creating jobs and improving the economy of the Waccamaw Region.
Applications for loans are reviewed by a nine-member loan committee appointed by the Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments Board of Directors. Final approval is made by the WRCOG Board under the guidelines established by the Revolving Loan Fund Plan. The staff of WRCOG assist the applicants in preparing the applications according to the eligibility requirements of the RLF Plan.
