Home Investment Partnerships Program
The Waccamaw HOME Consortium (Consortium) estimates it will receive approximately $1,160,849 of federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds during fiscal year 2010-2011 for affordable housing activities. The Consortium also has $210,258.70 in unobligated funds from the prior year. To develop the one-year action plan, the Consortium must determine how these funds should be spent. The Consortium will conduct a public hearing to receive public input on the following projects recommended for funding by the Consortium Technical Review Committee.
